This car is similar to the one Elvis Presley owned, and it certainly looks every inch a superstar’s car with its magnificent styling and huge dagmars (the largest of any Cadillac).
Although the car needs some attention (I am selling it as a project car) it is great looking – a real head turner. It has its original V8 engine and transmission as far as I can tell.

I legally imported this car from Alabama in August 2011. All taxes and duties were paid, and the vehicle registered with Service Canada
During an enroute overnight truck stopover in Detroit the battery and battery bracket were stolen. It also appears the air cleaner is missing. This was a huge disappointment to me. The car was running when it left Alabama, but I have not driven it since it was delivered to me. It has been garaged ever since I received it.
I bought a new battery bracket and a battery for this car, but the battery is sure to need recharging by now.
There is some detached interior door trim that needs reattaching and the head liner has what appears to be some small local areas of moth damage. The chrome is good but not perfect and the exterior paint could do with a good clean to remove spider crap. For some reason the trunk lock does not open and needs adjustment.
This car is a classic series 62 hard top. Other than the pink paint, it is not hot rodded. I have seen series 62 convertibles listed for upwards of $150,000, so if someone wanted to put some time and money into converting it there is probably good money to be made.
This magnificent vehicle is a rock star’s car in need of a bit of TLC to get it back on the road.
